AmeriSuites Austin II, Texas Located adjacent to the Austin International Air-port, This Hotel was designed to take advantage of Texas' rich history in presenting the appearance of a Spanish Hacienda.  The feeling of Hospitality is extended to guest via the large Porte Cochere with open lattice work, massive timbers and local stone work.  The natural flow of customer traffic and sunlight extends into the reception area through a thirteen foot high glass vestibule. The lobby is designed to present the appearance of a courtyard, complete with waterfall fountain and naturally hued stone flooring.

AmeriSuites Austin I, Texas Located adjacent to the Arboretum Mall in Austin, Texas.  The exterior synthetic stucco finish of the building is accented with rock to match the theme of the shopping center, unifying both projects.  Careful consideration to detailing was necessary to satisfy city requirements already in place for the mall.

AmeriSuites Dublin, CA The exclusive Hacienda development surrounds this site on the outskirts of Dublin, California.  The Hotel was design to blend with the upscale residential and office/ retail development already constructed.  Existing pedestrian pathway and fountain were incorporated into the pedestrian walkways surrounding the hotel development.  The Hotels exterior incorporates standard Hacienda design elements to present a harmonies appearance throughout the entire development.

AmeriSuites Sacramento, CA Located in Old Town Sacramento California, a historically renovated area emphasizing street scale and space.  The hotel is finished with polished stone, rustic synthetic stucco and baked enamel window frames to compliment surrounding buildings. Grade level and secured below grade parking provided for arriving guests.  Care was taken in siting of the buildings to provide a sense freedom and enhancing the view of surrounding geography.
