Talimar Place Retirement Center Houston,

The retirement center is located in the northern outskirts of Houston,
TX to respond to the growing demand for a housing transition between hospitals
and nursing homes. The surrounding area met the entertainment needs
of an elderly population with a regional shopping center, golf, and tennis
facilities. The building maintained a residential housing presentation
in an urban setting. The foot print of the project created private
areas for activities which could be screened from the fast pace of the
surrounding city. |
